At Nalli Silk Sarees, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our handcrafted weaves. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the saree remains in its original condition with all tags and the silk mark intact.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Log into your Nalli account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange, or contact our customer support team with your order ID.
- 2.Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the saree is folded neatly and placed in its original packaging along with the invoice, blouse piece (if unstitched), and any authenticating certificates provided.
- 3.Pickup and Inspection
Our logistics partner will schedule a reverse pickup from your address; once received at our warehouse, the garment will undergo a mandatory quality inspection to verify its original condition.
- 4.Refund or Exchange Processing
Upon successful inspection, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, or your requested exchange item will be dispatched immediately.
